Pin and Weld

This service will permanently attach the muzzle device to your threaded barrel using a pin and weld method.

When used with an appropriately sized barrel and muzzle device, this service will take a short barrel out of NFA status and make it comply with the federal 16" minimum barrel length requirement.
***Please be sure to double check your measurements for this service.***
Barrel length + muzzle device length - 0.625" (thread overlap) = Overall length
*Using excessive shims to meet length is not recommended for overall length.
Customer must provide: Appropriate Muzzle Device Crush Washer or Timing Shims Barrel*Barrel Nut Gas Block/Gas Tube*Failure to include required components may/will delay your work order. And may incur extra cost.
*Some barrel nuts(EG: Noveske NSR) are timed to the upper receiver and will need to be included for this service.
Note: Upper Assembly Service may be added to build your upper during Pin/Weld.
Gunsmith services currently have a 2-3 days minimum turnaround, excluding weekends. Turnaround times may vary. Once your work order is complete, I will contact you for pick up.
