ESTIMATING

After the inspection process is complete and depending on whether the firearm is of current manufacture or out of date and parts are no longer manufactured a list of needed new parts or used parts will be compiled. Every effort will be made to find new parts or good quality used parts from reputable suppliers. Labor will be applied at the current shop rate and an estimate provided to the customer.

INSPECTION

After receiving your firearm, it will be completely disassembled, and all parts inspected. Any parts showing excessive wear or fatigue will be compiled on an estimate list. There will be a $25 minimum shop fee for this process. Most weapons can be cleaned/ oiled and reassembled for $35 which includes the $25 inspection.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are aware that alterations and modifications of guns may be hazardous. You're voluntarily requesting that these activities take place with the knowledge of the dangers involved which include death, dismemberment, and paralysis, and hereby agree to accept any and all risks or injury or death and verify this statement.

As consideration for this gunsmithing being performed pursuant to your direction, you hereby agree that you, your assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians and legal representatives, will not make a claim against, sue or attach the property of Red River Gun Works, or any of its affiliated organizations, for injuries or damages resulting from negligence or other acts how so ever caused by Red River Gun Works, or any employee, agent or contractor of Red River Gun Works, or any of its affiliated organizations as a result from my request for modification or alteration to a gun.

You hereby release Red River Gun Works and any of its affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians or legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injuries or damages resulting from my request of modification or alteration to a gun set forth in this Work Order.
